After having worked in the brewing industry for nearly 35 years, it was a somewhat easy decision to put all of that experience to use in setting up my own business. 

My 'mission statement' is to provide a solution for your needs whether that's problem solving, advising on legislative requirements for exporting food and drink products to Europe and beyond or helping you to navigate your way through quality and food safety standards. 

I am more that happy to work with clients both big and small and can tailor a package to suit your requirements and your budget. I normally work on a day rate structure but will consider smaller more bespoke requests for niche enquiries or small businesses
